My 3.5 yr venerable daughter, who has loved Rolie Polie Olie forever, and who owns all the videos, loved the movie. It didn’t dismay her at all. I conception that Spookie Ookie was a more homely character than Gloomius Maximus, but neither ever bothered her. This from child who won’t perceive Toy Legend 2 because she’s unnerved of Zurg.

The quality of the graphics looks different, almost like they filmed it instead of using video – if that can construct sense. It’s not as crisp, but it’s unbiased blooming for a toddler (remember, it’s not made for us digital freaks!) 
I read comments regarding the style of the writing/story line. Nothing like that was readily apparent to me, unprejudiced as it wasn’t to my daughter (at least she didn’t produce any such observation – that’d really be something! and she can read some – so she’s no dummy) .
I say that, if your child is a Rolie Polie Olie fan, they’ll like the movie. You may not want to invest in a DVD since the quality isn’t really as genuine as typical digital video, but you could also honest support that in mind.

“MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE” is a children’s television fascinating series (presented in CG) that airs on the Disney Channel’s “Playhouse Disney” block targeted towards pre-school children.

The series is created in a similar style as “Blue’s Clues” and “Dora the Explorer” in terms of the main character interacting with the viewer. “MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE” features Mickey Mouse as the main character communicating with his friends and then occasionally looking towards the viewer for serve in a variety of adventures.
Mickey Mouse uses a variety of tools and a compass to serve them solve their problems and fetch from point A to point B.

For this DVD release of “Mickey’s Broad Splash”, the theme revolves around the Summer time. The episodes features a total of four episodes (24:05 minutes each) which include:
1. Donald’s Ducks – This bonus episode features Mickey Mouse, Pluto, Donald Duck and Goofy. As the two hang out at the clubhouse, they hear ducks quacking. The group finds eight ducks that need assist getting to the beach for the Winter. Using Mickey’s mousketools, the viewer must benefit Mickey determine which tools can be mature to relieve obtain the ducks to the beach.
2. Pluto’s Bubble Bath – This episode features Mickey Mouse, Minny Mouse and Pluto. With Pluto playing outdoors, he’s gotten muddy and thus he needs to score a bath. 4. Pete’s Beach Blanket Luau – The temperature is quite hot and Mickey and friends want to chilly down. Pete invites Mickey and his friends to near to his beach blanket luau at Star Lake. Mickey asks the viewer if they can support him and the friends setup a luau at the beach.
VIDEO & AUDIO:
“MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE” features sparkling CG challenging episodes for the children. Nothing too detailed but simple and elegant enough for the young children to delight in. Presentation is in Rotund Shroud and an aspect ratio of 1:33:1.
As for the audio, audio is presented in Dolby Digital Surround Sound plus French and Spanish language tracks.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
The DVD comes with a game called “Fun in the Sun with Mickey and the Gang Game” (featured only in English) . As the group is setting up the luau, the viewer can expend their remote or computer mouse to aid Donald Duck bewitch items that don’t belong on the beach.
JUDGMENT CALL:
“MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE” is a straightforward DVD release for parents to have their children peruse (or benefit the children in helping them accomplish decisions) .
Each of the four episodes are family worthy and include Mickey Mouse and many of his friends during the Summer. From helping ducks accumulate to the beach, Pluto getting orderly after stepping in the mud, Mickey going fishing for food for Goofy’s kitten and helping station up a luau at Star Lake.
The DVD is targeted towards parents who have children that are around 3-5 years feeble and each episode is educational and exquisite with the storyline being adventurous, fun, amusing but yet simple, straightforward and non-frightening.
So, the series is toddler worthy and yes, even the character of Pete is in his apt behavior and friends with Mickey Mouse and the others and also encourages the viewer to encourage out as well.
If you are a parent looking for a DVD that can be educational and fun for your young children and/or looking for a DVD that allows for parents and children to work together as a team, you can’t go imperfect with “MICKEY MOUSE CLUBHOUSE: Mickey’s Expansive Splash”. Definitely give it a try!

I got this astounding DVD today for my siblings and I (mainly me lol) to like. I’ve always wanted to observe these shorts again since you can’t witness them on tv (the Unique Disney Channel sucks) . All of the shorts are very comical, but I was dissapointed by one thing: none of the shorts were resorted in any device, it looks as if they wentr through a expeditiously cleanup and that’s it. I was expecting the narrate quality on this to match that of the Goofy DVD (those were restored from the previous Treasures release), but sadly they do not. The characterize is oversaturated and a bit too dusky. It’s ample to finally have these shorts on DVD and I would recomend them to anyone who wants to behold them again or who has slight kids. But it would be nice if we got the perfect report like with the Treasures DVD’s. Remove and delight in.
It’s about time an affordable series of Disney cartoons was released. I know they’ve had some truly stellar gift sets, box sets, metallic box sets, etc, and those are Substantial. But not everyone can afford an investment of that sort. When my 17 year primitive son was about 4, we stale to be pleased the heck out of Chip `n’ Dale cartoons. Disney had a couple of video tapes dedicated to them, each with somewhere around 5 cartoons. They were less than $10 and bear me, we nearly wore those suckers out. Since the advent of DVD, we haven’t had such an affordable minute collection.

Now comes this fresh series, and I immediately had to snatch up the Chip `n’ Dale collection. We collect fair under an hour of entertainment…a faulty piece of Chip `n’ Dale’s history. Although I don’t have young kids anymore, the whole family enjoyed a small scoot down memory lane with these undeniably laughable characters. All the episodes where the two chipmunks torment bad Donald Duck are objective hilarious.
I highly recommend this affordable romp!

I don’t know what it is about this point to on TV but my daughter can’t acquire enough of it. It is one of the only shows she will sit and stare originate to accomplish without curious a muscle. So for the display I have to give it 5 stars but this review is specific to this DVD.

It is a lot like the indicate with a few more songs it seems. Both the episodes are big but my complaint is that you only obtain two. There are some decent extras on this disc but my daughter is 2 and it’s more about the display. I have also had difficulty playing this disc on my car DVD player which I’m distinct is tied to Disney copy protection as other DVD’s work shapely.
Disney has something called hastily play which seems like a stout thought. My impression of swiftly play would be assign it in and it goes straight to the reveal. Well it does that but not without playing several previews from other DVD’s that are available. This should be a selection off of the main menu and not force you to gawk them on quickly play.

The episodes are a half hour long so they could have easily fit at least two more episodes on the DVD for greater value. A Doodlebops DVD gets four episodes on one DVD and costs 10 – 12 dollars. This one puts two episodes on one and costs 15 – 22 dollars. I can’t benefit but feel like they are bilking me a exiguous bit. I found it at Target for 15.00 and it looks like you can glean it ancient on Amazon for discontinuance to the same stamp.
All in all ample DVD fair too great for what you are getting. If you can regain it cheaper than retail or old I would definately select.
This DVD features two episodes of the computer-animated “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse” television series. The first is an Easter special, Mickey’s Enormous Clubhouse Hunt. In this double-length (49-minute) episode, when Mickey invites his friends over to celebrate the holiday, Pete seeks revenge when he is left out. There’s a excellent song, “The Best Easter Party Ever.” A second episode, “Donald Hiccups”, finds the “duck with all the awful luck” unable to mutter on Clarabelle Cow’s TV present when he comes down with the spasms.
Both shows include the typical Playhouse Disney dose of basic arithmetic, decision-making, music and puzzles. Other characters appearing include Ludwig von Drake, Chip ‘n Dale (briefly), even Willie the Giant from the classic cartoon “Mickey and the Beanstalk.” There’s nothing ground-breaking here, but if your preschooler likes the TV present this is a nice addition.

Mickey Mouse in Living Color Volume 2 is mountainous. It features a multitude of Mickey/Pluto shorts and some really icy extras. Each cartoon has its pleasurable points and terrible points (some more than others) but overall a very, very awesome spot. The best share is having Mickey and the Beanstalk, Mickey’s Christmas Carol, and The Prince and the Pauper all together in one state

Unfortunately, when you spend the Play All feature, it doesn’t honest play the cartoons. Many of the cartoons feature a brief introduction from DVD host Leonard Maltin. Now, you would consider these introductions would enlighten you a bit about the history of the short, how the sage was conceived, who directed it, whatever. But, no, all these introductions are for is to warn viewer about possible “offensive” material found in the shorts. It really saddens me that we live in a world where people cannot gawk the past as past and catch they diagram things were at the time. Instead, we have these really annoying clips of Maltin telling us how remarkable more “enlightened” we are nowadays. He says the same repetitive things in each intro.
The public domain releases of old-fashioned cartoon from the ’30s and ’40s that you can glean at Wal-Mart for a dollar have the same type of supposedly offensive material (actually, probably more of it than anything Disney would ever have) . We don’t, however, have Leonard Maltin there warning us of the dangers of supposedly un-PC material. Whatever. Aside from that, this spot is awesome!
