“Amazon” Thanks for expeditiously on time shipping. …AK. from Dallas,TX

Over the years I have seen many IMAX films…most were forgettable, a few unforgettable. “Everest” is one IMAX film that mild lingers in my memory. This film is almost as wonderful as that film. It is attractive, educational and challenging. It, at times, kept me on the edge of my seat. My whole family agreed it was a memorable and worthwhile viewing experience. P.S. It also has a fabulous soundtrack.

There’s really no reason to go into describing The Matrix Trilogy. Unless you lived under a rock for the past ten years, The Matrix is one of the most new and influential Science Fiction films of original memory. Starring Keanu Reeves and directed by The Wachowski Brothers (who recently gave us the live-action Accelerate Racer film), this sage of computers taking over the reality of the human bustle and a microscopic group of survivors in constant battle to gather succor their independence, successfully blasted it’s plot through theatres between the years of 1999 thru 2003. Complete with two theatrical sequels and one direct-to-video titillating film called “The Animatrix”, it was THE complete account to bear on DVD. Each film was released separately on the format as two-disc sets complete with somewhat bloated extras (The first and titillating releases hold the extras on the film disc) . But relieve in 2004, Warner Bros. released the “Ultimate Matrix Collection”, a whopping ten disc collection featuring a notice current transfer of the first film and even more behind-the-scenes footage. But at a steep imprint of $52.00, for someone that really unbiased wanted the movies, it wasn’t all that practical. Now Warner Bros has introduced The Matrix to it’s “4 Film Favorites” line, and the result is a grand take for the fan that unprejudiced wants the films but at a more reasonable label.

Let me justify what you exactly obtain here. Housed in one fresh sized keepcase with a leaf in the middle to separate the two discs inside, each disc is a DVD-18, otherwise known as “dual-sided/dual-layed”. Imagine if you took say The Matrix DVD and glued/attached it’s sign side to the effect side of the first movie disc of The Matrix Reloaded. Then did the same thing to Disc One of Matrix Revolutions and the single disc of The Animatrix. That’s dazzling considerable what this site is. Each side is an Proper, down to the bitrate quality, copy of the unusual release as it was when first released. Same menus, video/audio, Disc One extras, and all. Nothing has been changed except there’s no represent mark side now. Obvious, the Disc Two’s of Reloaded/Revolutions are absent now, but for under $12, and if you only want the movies that quiet are presented in their recent Anamorphic Widescreen video, this for the tight-walleted film fans out there that never bothered to seize these films in the first status is truly the best plan to go.

If the plot has any cons, the first film is from 1999 DVD master, and while it’s okay, it’s level-headed nowhere advance the quality of the 2004 remaster that for Standard Definition discs is tranquil strange to the Ultimate boxset. The transfers on the other three films here DO match in quality since they all were shot digitally to initiate with, so one out of three isn’t all that dreadful. Also, in order to give two chunky dual-layered presentations on unbiased one disc, they HAVE to be dual-sided, otherwise known as “flippers”. With flippers, each side is untouchable so to not obtain unwanted scratches on either side, you have to be more careful with them than a single-sided disc with it’s brand side that can be handled mighty easier.

In conclusion, if you never bothered in buying either the individual releases or the high-priced boxset, this 4 Film Favorites area for the cost and space-saving is an ample deal. Other than losing a bonus disc of features that you probably would eye unbiased once anyway, you collect the whole Matrix for the cost of impartial one puny minute red pill.

(RedSabbath Rating:8.5/10)

There’s no reason to use more money on the Matrix Box Status unless you want all of the additional footage from leisurely the scenes ETC. This has ONLY the movies and that was qualified enough for me. In my notion though, only the first Matrix is worth watching more than once. The 2nd and 3rd one are flashy with effects but the stories suck. There were no problems with the discs. Choose this if you objective want the movies!

What can i say about this film that hasn’t been said? …You already know that its a broad film, astonishing directing and cast. Impress Wahlberg is exceptional and well Burt, well lets unprejudiced say this is his best performance EVER. But you heard it before…blah, blah, blah.

Now for the DVD fan, this is essential, if you already have the single disc release, there is no need to consume the double disc status, because they are the same, oh..but wait the single disc has more. Don’t be dooped by Novel Line’s marketing strategies. You accumulate the same extra features, but on 2 discs instead of one and a nifty recent packaging, which is what you are paying for. In fact the single disc release has one extra feature that the 2 disc location doesn’t, the “song jump” feature, which alows you to skip to selected songs throughout the film.

“Boogie Nights” is one of those movies that defies categorization. It’s about the porno industry, and has its handsome portion of sexual scream, but never titillates. It’s often humorous but the humor is usually of the black variety. Worthy of the insist shouldn’t be challenging, but the movie succeeds grandly as entertainment.

It’s the oblique nature of “Boogie Nights” that makes it so special. It’s not a film that will give you pat answers; rather, it’ll challenge you in a design few films do. What other movie in fresh memory was able to rob an explicit sex scene and do it sexually unexciting? “Boogie Nights” has unprejudiced such a scene, and it serves one purpose: to de-glamorize the world of porno and characterize it for what it doubtless is: a business where people do nothing but try to execute a living.

“Boogie Nights” centers around the life and times (the slack 1970’s and early 1980’s) of Eddie Adams (Designate Wahlberg, who’s dynamite), who is discovered by porno impresario Jack Horner (Burt Reynolds, in another dynamite performance) and soon changes his name to Dirk Diggler and becomes a porno star.

Dirk’s memoir is intertwined with the stories of others who part his world: coked-up porn queen Amber Waves (Julianne Moore), who plays surrogate mother to Dirk because she is legally barred from seeing her absorb child; Reed Rothschild (John C. Reilly), his best buddy and co-star; Rollergirl (Heather Graham), a porn performer who insists on “acting” with her rollerskates on; Buck Swope (Don Cheadle), a shadowy porn bit player who dresses like Gene Autry and dreams of owning a stereo store; and Small Bill (William H. Macy), Horner’s quietly exasperated upright hand man, whose wife literally does it with everyone and anyone and doesn’t care if her husband sees her doing it.

Director Paul Thomas Anderson tells the characters’ stories vignette-style, mighty as Robert Altman would.

Buy,Download, Or Stream Boogie Nights! Click Here

In particular, Dirk’s rags-to-riches-to-rags-to-riches chronicle is alternately humorous, horrifying, black and uplifting. In particular, there is a scene in which a strung-out Dirk tries to acquire a drug deal with a crackhead dealer. Spot is, the cocaine he’s trying to sell is counterfeit, the dealer’s house is fleshy of armed thugs, and his friend keeps lighting firecrackers as the whacked-out dealer listens to Night Ranger’s “Sister Christian”. Anderson directs this scene so beautifully that the tension and horror is absolutely unbearable after a while, but the whole setup is so bizarre that you can’t support but smirk your device through it. That’s grand directing, folks.

The performances are all standouts, but Reynolds’ and Moore’s are especially pleasing. In addition, the period feel (down to the Cheryl Tiegs poster on Dirk’s bedroom wall) and music is fair on target.

This is a smart film, and though it’s too in fancy with its hold brilliance from time to time, the flaws are greatly outweighed by the film’s gargantuan energy and top-notch performances.

“Seinfeld” did a graceful apt job rebounding from Larry David’s departure from the display. Jerry doesn’t have as many segments featured around him this season, possibly because of the stepped up demands on his time late the camera. However, the ones in which he is featured are very silly. For example, Jerry has a check bounce, and the tainted merchant puts the returned check on expose in his store. Word gets encourage to Jerry’s parents, and they jump to conclusions and choose that Jerry must be broke. Jerry’s dad decides to return to work to encourage relieve Jerry. Unfortunately, the job his dad takes is working for Elaine, and the spot doesn’t work out for anyone.

George, reeling from the mixed emotions he had at losing Susan at the extinguish of season seven, prepares to go on without her, but finds that he really can’t. Instead, Susan’s parents open a charitable foundation in her memory and have George installed on the board with a vast framed photograph of Susan framed on the wall in the room where the foundation meetings are held. Later in the season, George does meet a woman he is fervent in, and she seems to be keen in him. George, always trying to better his plot through lying but usually unprejudiced worsening his lot because of it, does the same thing in this instance. The woman believes George is a tourist from Arkansas, and George decides to continue the deception by faking a recede to the city so he can continue the relationship. The diagram George sees it, if you condense everything he has accomplished in the last ten years into unbiased a few weeks, it seems quite impressive.

Elaine enters an alternate universe when she meets Kevin and his friends, who turn out to be the opposite of Jerry and his friends in every map. She likes the fact that Kevin and his friends inspire her to be a better person – they are genuinely kind and valid and they bask in reading. However, ultimately Elaine is impartial not chop out to be among them because of her hold selfish personality traits. Perhaps the funniest episode featuring Elaine is “The English Patient”, titled after the Best Represent winner of 1996. Her boss, the eccentric Peterman, loves the film and forces her to go notice it with him. Elaine hates the movie, and objective can’t retract sitting through it in its entirety without blurting out how she feels. Peterman gives her a chance to do penance for her dreadful attitude which involves a most hilarious assignment. In “The Susie”, due to a series of mix-ups, Elaine winds up with an alternate identity at work – “Susie”. Her coworkers originate discussing her as though Elaine and Susie are two different people. Her ultimate solution to the plight is to have Susie “die”, complete with a memorial service for the fictitious woman that winds up packed with mourners.

Of course, Kramer’s adventures are as wonderful as ever. This season his apartment turns into “The Red Planet” due to a neon impress from the Kenny Rogers Roasters restaurant intelligent through his window all night. At first he is doing everything he can to save the restaurant out of business, but when he and Jerry temporarily switch apartments the pressure is off, and Kramer finds himself addicted to the restaurant’s food. In another episode, Elaine’s boss Jay Peterman is trying to write his memoirs, but finds his enjoy life isn’t very moving. His solution is to prefer Kramer’s life myth and spend it as his hold. Kramer and Peterman eventually gather into an argument over the details of the draw, and Kramer answers abet by starting his absorb “Peterman Reality Tours”. Finally, Kramer is incensed by the fact that he can no longer collect a public area in which he can light up a cigar, and opens a smoking lounge in his maintain apartment. As a result of all of the exposure to tobacco smoke, Kramer ages prematurely and goes to his attorney friend, the fast-talking and flamboyant Jackie Chiles, to file suit against the tobacco companies. When Kramer negotiates a deal with the tobacco companies without Jackie’s approval, Jackie declares the results to be “the most public of his many humiliations”.

In summary, this season is very marvelous with more of an emphasis on fast-paced zaniness rather than the comedy that made more of a commentary on human nature that you saw during the Larry David years. However, I unruffled highly recommend it.

It’s the first without Larry David, but this eighth season of “Seinfeld” is detached friendly. Certainly the departure of its co-creator, executive producer and longtime writer changed the note — there’s a faster walk, more fantasy storylines and more slapstick humor — but the actors (especially, in this season, Julia Louis Dreyfus) are unexcited so in their zones that every episode is fun to behold.

In fact, many Season Eight episodes are among the show’s best ever. “The Exiguous Kicks” features Elaine’s wrong dancing. Kramer gets alive to in cockfighting in “The Diminutive Jerry.” Elaine discovers the menace of muffin tops in, of course, “The Muffin Tops.”

Here’s the entire Season Eight episode list:

* Episode 1: The Foundation

* Episode 2: The Soul Mate

* Episode 3: The Bizarro Jerry

* Episode 4: The Slight Kicks

* Episode 5: The Package

* Episode 6: The Fatigues

* Episode 7: The Checks

* Episode 8: The Chicken Roaster

* Episode 9: The Abstinence

* Episode 10: The Andrea Doria

* Episode 11: The Shrimp Jerry

* Episode 12: The Money

* Episode 13: The Comeback

* Episode 14: The Van Buren Boys

* Episode 15: The Susie

* Episode 16: The Pothole

* Episode 17: The English Patient

* Episode 18: The Nap

* Episode 19: The Yada Yada

* Episode 20: The Millennium

* Episode 21: The Muffin Tops

As for bonus features, a documentary short interviews various supporting actors and reveal execs about the impact of David’s departure. As with the DVDs for earlier seasons, there are also episode-specific comments and deleted scenes.
